A 19‑year‑old Licking man was injured Saturday morning in a two‑vehicle crash on U.S. 63, one mile north of Houston. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a northbound 2015 Toyota Tacoma driven by a 77‑year‑old Bucyrus man turned left into the path of a southbound 2023 Hyundai Elantra.
The Elantra was totaled, and its driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. He was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The Tacoma driver was not hurt and drove his vehicle from the scene.
