A Licking woman was injured Monday evening in a two‑vehicle crash northeast of Licking.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at 6:10 p.m. on Missouri Route C when a northbound 2013 Ford Explorer attempted a left turn and entered the path of a southbound 1997 BMW motorcycle. The motorcycle struck the side of the SUV.

The driver of the Explorer, a 33‑year‑old woman from Licking, sustained minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Phelps Health in Rolla. The 60‑year‑old Salem man operating the motorcycle was not listed with injuries in the report.
