West Plains, MO. – A Willow Springs animal rescue organization is currently seeking information surrounding a group of puppies that were found dumped in a suitcase near West Plains.
Ozarks Pet Rescue announced Monday on social media that the four dogs were found near ZZ Highway and County Road 9850 zipped up inside the suitcase, and while they appeared to be in good health, that the situation could have turned much differently.

The Sheriff’s Office was notified, and information as to the owner of the case is being sought.
