From the Mammoth Spring School:
June 11, 2025 – Thanks to a partnership between the Mammoth Spring School
District, NEXT Powered by NAEC, and the Mammoth Spring/Thayer Ministerial
Alliance, all school supplies, except backpacks, for the 2025-26 school year
will be provided to students at no cost to their families.
“We’re so thankful for the way our community always steps up for our kids,”
said Superintendent Mark Taylor. “This takes a big weight off a lot of families
and means our students can walk in on the first day ready to go.”
This initiative wouldn’t be possible without the support of generous local
partners. “We believe every student deserves access to quality education and
resources,” said Cortney Varner, NEXT’s marketing and business development
director. “NEXT’s donation is our way of giving back and helping support
student success in our community.”
“Our goal has always been to serve and support the families in our
community,” said Chris Powers, President of the Mammoth Spring/Thayer
Ministerial Alliance. “By helping provide school supplies, we’re investing in
the future of our children and showing them that they’re valued and cared
for.”
Supplies will be delivered directly to classrooms across campus, so students
will have what they need to learn on day one.
