The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) has released updated hunting regulation booklets for the 2025-2026 fall seasons, providing essential information for deer, turkey, dove, and waterfowl hunters across the state.
The 2025 Fall Deer & Turkey Hunting Regulations and Information booklet includes comprehensive guidance on hunting seasons, permit requirements, limits, managed hunts, conservation areas, chronic wasting disease (CWD) updates, and post-harvest procedures.
The 2025-2026 Migratory Bird and Waterfowl Hunting Digest offers in-depth information on hunting doves, ducks, and other migratory birds like rail, snipe, and woodcock. It outlines seasons, limits, license requirements, and duck stamp details, as well as designated hunting areas and regulations.
Both publications are available free of charge at locations where permits are sold and can also be accessed online at mdc.mo.gov.
Hunters can purchase or renew permits at numerous vendors across Missouri or online at mdc.mo.gov/buypermits. For additional details, contact Joe Jerek, Statewide News Services Coordinator, at 573-522-4115 ext. 3362 or Joe.Jerek@mdc.mo.gov.
