Missouri Attorney General Joins Multistate Coalition Backing Trump’s National Guard Deployment in California

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has joined 25 other Republican attorneys general in a unified statement supporting former President Donald Trump’s recent decision to deploy the National Guard to California in response to escalating unrest.

The statement, released Tuesday, condemns violent acts committed during recent demonstrations in Los Angeles, where protest activity reportedly devolved into rioting, property destruction, and attacks on law enforcement. The coalition emphasized its support for peaceful protest but drew a firm line against what it described as “mob violence.”
