The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested a West Plains man late Tuesday night in Howell county.
44-year-old Robert Halfacre is charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and three counts of Failure to Appear from the West Plains Police Department.

He was transported to the West Plains Jail.
