An Accident took place Monday evening Five Miles North of West Plains on Highway 17 when a 23-year-old woman from Campbell Missouri attempted to make a U-turn in her 2022 GMC Canyon and struck a 2006 Subaru Forrester Driven by a 16-year-old Peace Valley Juvenile.
The Campbell woman sustained minor injuries and was transported to Ozarks Healthcare. Juvenile was not injured according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report.
