The Mountain Home Police Department arrested 28-year-old Patrick Kara on Monday evening. Kara is being charged with Domestic Battering, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Interference with Emergency Communication, other charges could be applied. He is being held in the Baxter County Jail with a $1415 bond.
