Mountain Home Police Department arrested 33-year-old De Markus Brown from Los Angeles CA. He is being charged with possession of a firearm by certain persons and terroristic threatening. His bond is set at $250,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court April 21st.

The threats allegedly took place at the Department of Human Services where the man was doing paperwork for benefits. He was heard on the phone making death threats to a person on the line, when asked if he needed anything, he stated that he had a gun and that if everything went alright back there, it would be just fine. Law Enforcement was dispatched and they arrested Brown without incident.
