Mountain Home, Arkansas – The Baxter County Sherriff’s Department arrested Serena Gay Dove, 35 of Mountain Home and booked her into the Baxter County Jail at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Dove is being charged with five counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, Careless and Prohibited Driving, Open Container, Driving without a License, and Failure to use a Child Safety Restraint.
She is being held at the Baxter County Jail with a bond of $4745.
