48-year-old Jason Hathcock of Mountain View was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Saturday in Wright County.
He is facing charges of failure to register as a sex offender, purchasing a vehicle without transferring ownership, failure to register motor vehicle and failure to display valid plates.
