Mountain View, MO. – A man from Mountain View is looking at several criminal charges as a result of burglarizing a residence and attempting to regift and pawn off various stolen items.
The probable cause affidavit indicates that investigation on the case began in early April when a burglary was reported on 210 West Second Steet in Mountain View.
A great number of items were stolen, and the house was left in large disarray.
Kenneth Casey Lockney Jr., born in 1984 of Mountain View was identified as a suspect as a result of multiple witness testimonies stating Lockney had tried to regift and sell off items that were reported stolen to several people and businesses.
Charges filed include felonies 2nd Degree Burglary and Stealing – $750 or more, and misdemeanors Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and 1st Degree Trespassing.
