West Plains, MO. – A Mountain View man was arrested Wednesday night in Texas County on felony warrants from Howell County.
Lonnie W. Mahan, age 48 of Mtn. View, was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol at 6:14 p.m. on January 4, 2023 for two Failure to Appear warrants in Howell County.

Mahan was originally charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm on September 3, 2022 and a separate case with charges of Endangering the welfare of a child and Abuse or neglect of a child, both felonies, from a September 28, 2022 arrest.
