NWS Steve Runnels on Heat Risk and How 4/4 is Expected in Parts of the Ozarks Next Week

We may be done with the heat, but the heat isn’t done with us. A heat advisory has been put into effect until Tuesday of next week, with heat index values remaining high.

Those in Oregon and Ripley County should be esp[ecially careful into next weak, as the heat risk value is ranked 4/4 in some places.
