On 02/09/2026, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 42 year old Paula Balliet of Birch Tree, on a court order. On 02/11/2026, she was transported to the MO Department of Corrections.

On 02/20/2026, he was released on a $1,000.00 surety bond.

On 02/21/2026, Oregon County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 32 year old Terry Griffith of Alton, on DWI-prior, a class A Misdemeanor, failure to drive on right half of roadway when roadway was of sufficient width, a class C Misdemeanor, and endangering the welfare of a child 2nd degree, a class A Misdemeanor. On 02/22/2026, he was released with a summons.
