During the winter weather across the ozarks, several employees with Ozarks Action Incorperated showed up to attend credentials training.
Four women employed at various Ozark Action Incorperated locations completed training required by The State of Missouri Credentialing Board. The Board which serves as the sole source for peer credential certification and The Missouri Department of Health is a powerful tool in which Ozarks Action Incorperated uses to support Missouri Families.
Family advocates with Ozark Action Incorperated help families:
- Set meaningful goals
- Problem-solve barriers to reaching those goals
- Locate and access needed resources
- Build connections with community partner
Overall, the family centered approach helps create better outcomes for area children. Below are the four ladies who completed the training this past week.

Tori Bradshaw, Licking Family Advocate

Wendy Tetrick, Gainesville Family Advocate/Site Supervisor

Erica Adolphson, Alton Family Advocate

Twyla Riley, Bakersfield Family Advocate/Site Supervisor
