OzSBI Announces 2025 Workshop Series for Local Manufacturers

The Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) has announced a lineup of workshops and roundtable discussions aimed at supporting local manufacturers throughout 2025. The events are designed to enhance leadership skills, promote collaboration, and address challenges within the manufacturing industry.

Kicking off the series, Kaylea Pogue of Missouri Enterprise will lead DDI Delegation: Engage & Empower People on May 15 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. The workshop will focus on effective delegation and leadership strategies. The cost is $220 for the public and $175 for OzSBI members, with lunch sponsored by Caterpillar.

Priority Pet Care – Make An Appointment

On June 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., OzSBI will host a Manufacturing Roundtable, providing a platform for manufacturers to share challenges and gain insights from peers. The event is free, but registration is required.

Pogue returns on August 20 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. for Leading with Confidence, a workshop focused on identifying personal leadership styles and applying confidence-building techniques. Registration is $45 for the public and $35 for OzSBI members.

Finally, in celebration of National Manufacturing Day, OzSBI will host a Manufacturing Day Roundtable on October 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Industry leaders from across the region will discuss trends, products, and operational insights. Lunch will be provided by Howell Oregon Electric Cooperative. Registration is free and required.
