Aspiring entrepreneurs and current business owners are invited to attend Smart Start: Developing a Successful Business, a workshop hosted by the Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) on Wednesday, August 6, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Cabool First Baptist Church.
The workshop will cover the essential steps of launching a business, including creating a business plan, managing finances, and setting the foundation for long-term success. It is designed for both new entrepreneurs and those looking to evaluate or improve their existing operations.
OzSBI offers the Smart Start series monthly throughout West Plains and surrounding counties as part of its mission to strengthen the regional economy through small business support. Since 2012, the organization has helped over 400 businesses grow and thrive.
