The Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) is hosting a two-part AI for Business Lunch & Learn series designed to help small business owners understand, evaluate, and begin using AI in their day-to-day operations.
Part 1, titled A Practical Intro, will be presented on February 12 from 11:30 to 1. This is an accessible introduction, created for business owners curious about AI but unsure where to begin. Attendees will learn what AI is (and isn’t), why it matters, and how it can help level the playing field for small businesses.
Part 2, titled Hands-On AI, will be held on March 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and builds on the foundation from Part 1 with a hands-on workshop focused on identifying and prioritizing AI use cases. Participants will see live demonstrations, explore practical tools and prompt templates, and learn a simple 3-2-1 framework for getting started with AI in their own business. Examples and challenges from businesses in the room will be used to keep the session grounded and relevant. Participants are not required to take Part 1 before Part 2, especially those who already have some experience using AI.
Both sessions will be facilitated by Laura V. Coulter, founder of EfficaAI, who helps businesses cut through overwhelm and build smart, sustainable systems that support real growth. With over 20 years of experience in education, training, and business development, Coulter specializes in teaching entrepreneurs her CLEAR Framework for strategic clarity and coaching professionals to use AI for more effective business communication. Known for her warm, story-driven teaching style, she makes complex topics approachable and immediately actionable.
Each session is $5 for OzSBI members or $15 for non-members, with lunch included. For more information or to register, go to crm.ozsbi.com/events.
