WEST PLAINS, MO. – West Plains City Utilities will be conducting a planned power outage on Friday morning, October 3rd, 2025, starting at 6:00 AM.
Areas affected in the outage include:

• The North Terra Subdivision
• Portions South of West Abe Taylor Street
City crews will work to get all power as quickly and safely as possible. The outage is expected to last at least 30 minutes.
