WEST PLAINS, MO- As of noon today, Howell Oregon Electric Coopertive has confirmed power outages for 1,218 of their members this morning from Techumseh, Eminence, Trask/Mountain View, West Plains, & Dora.
According to HOE, the outages are a result of the high winds causing lines to blow, as well as tree limbs falling onto lines. HOE dispatch is aware of these outages and crews are being dispatched to deal with the issues.
