Families are invited to a free, hands-on learning event hosted by Children’s Behavioral Services on Saturday, Nov. 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the West Plains Civic Center.
The first 250 children through the doors will receive a free swag bag filled with surprises and community resources. Activities include interactive sensory booths like the Human Rainstorm, Color Mixing, and Touch Mystery Box, along with smell and taste stations, movement zones, and speech and fine motor activities led by CBS therapists.
Vendor booths, giveaways, and a live AirEvac helicopter landing around 11 a.m. (pending emergency response) round out the event. Designed to promote learning through play, the event offers families a chance to explore, connect, and celebrate every child’s unique way of experiencing the world.
