MOUNTAIN HOME, AR- The Baxter County Sherrif’s Department is notifying the public that a Sex-Offender has registered with The Sherrif’s Department after moving into the county after previously living inside the city of Mountain Home. The individual is of a Level 3 risk to commit a sexual offense.
Douglas Wayne Bean, Age 63 was originally convicted on February 6th, 1997 in The State of Wisconsin on the offense of Child Enticement. This involved Bean exposing himself to two juveniles for the purpose of enticement. Bean was later convicted on April 9th, 2004 in Baxter County for failure to register. As well as;
