Sixteen Arrested in Sharp County the Week of Aug. 25–Sept. 1

SHARP COUNTY, Ark. – Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson has released the list of individuals incarcerated in Sharp County during the week of Aug. 25 through Sept. 1, 2025.

  • Steven Break, 42, of Thayer, Mo., was arrested for failure to pay time pay and failure to appear on multiple charges, including driving on suspended/revoked license, criminal trespassing, no proof of liability insurance, expired tags, and failure to transfer registration. He also faces charges of possession of Schedule III less than 2 grams and possession of Schedule IV less than 28 grams.

  • Johnathan Carr, 50, of Wilson, Ark., was arrested for bond revocation.

  • William Corcoran, 54, of Williford, was arrested for bond revocation.

  • Bryan Harper, 39, of Hardy, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

  • Bryon Hill, 57, of Salem, was arrested for parole/probation violation.

  • Charles Ivey, 68, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to comply with conditions and bond revocation.

  • Christian Jagneaux, 19, of Marion, was arrested for hold for another county/state.

  • Cassandra Keasler, 48, of Cave City, was arrested for two counts of possession of Schedule VI less than 4 ounces and possession of a controlled substance, felony.

  • Kaylee Mensman, 31, of Cave City, was arrested for failure to pay time pay on violation of city ordinance, two counts of driving on suspended/revoked license, two counts of careless driving, no proof of liability insurance, striking a fixed object, and driving while intoxicated.

  • Joseph Miller, 42, of Ash Flat, was arrested for commercial burglary.

  • Saundra Nelson, 48, of Pleasant Plains, was arrested for failure to appear and failure to pay time pay on hot checks.

  • Jeremy Norvell, 35, of Paragould, was arrested for failure to appear-misdemeanor on charges of driving on suspended/revoked license, careless driving, and no proof of liability insurance.

  • John Reed, 39, of Cave City, was arrested for aggravated assault.

  • Christopher Smith, 46, of Williford, was arrested for failure to register vehicle/expired tags, driving on suspended/revoked license, and no insurance.

  • Shannon Smith, 40, of Lynn, Ark., was arrested for failure to appear on charges including no proof of liability insurance, fictitious tags, expired tags, and careless driving.

  • Joseph Watkins, 62, of Evening Shade, was arrested for domestic battering, third degree.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
