The National Weather Service is warning the public ahead of time of the potentiality of severe weather to take place tonight, tomorrow, and on Friday, and ahead of these chances, has cancelled their participation in Wednesday’s statewide tornado siren drill.

In summary, chances for severe weather has increased, with hail and strong winds up to 60 to 70 miles per hour being a possibility. Despite the rising concerns tomorrow, Friday still takes top priority as being the highest chance of severe weather.
In lieu of this, the National Weather Service in Springfield has cancelled their participation in the statewide drill that was set to take place tomorrow.
