Missouri State Highway Patrol is charging Levi Strom, the individual who fled from them near Pomona and was captured by Howell County Deputies Tuesday night, with additional charges from the incident.
Strom is facing charges of Felony Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, Felony resisting Arrest, Felony Resisting Causing a Risk to Public, Driving Wrong Direction on Highway, Fail to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, No Insurance, Careless and Imprudent Driving and Abandonment of a Motor Vehicle.
