Emmett Cole III of Summersville, Missouri was arrested by the Texas County Sherriff’s Department and charged with 3rd degree Child Molestation. The charges stem from encounters he had with a teenage girl, who, according to a probable cause statement, caught him watching her get out of the shower and getting undressed as a 14 year old, actions continued into age 15 when inappropriate touching took place. When deputies questioned Cole he began shaking and looking at the ground, he eventually admitting to an incident where touching was involved. He is being held in the Texas County Jail with a bond set at $100,000. He has a prior non-judicial sexual assault case from the military in which he was demoted and received 45 days extra duty and forfeited $400 in pay.
