Steve Rosa, owner of local Taco Bell in Mountain View Missouri, presented a $5,000 donation from the Taco Bell Foundation to the MVBT Care to Learn – 39th Chapter to support the students of the Mountain View–Birch Tree School District.
Steve shared that young people are the heart and soul of Taco Bell – they are their customers, employees, and future leaders. That belief shines through in this gift, which was made possible by local Taco Bell customers rounding up for education when they eat at Taco Bell. Every few cents truly added up to make a big difference for our kids.
Since 1992, the Taco Bell Foundation has invested in students through education programs and partnerships to help them achieve their goals, with a mission to empower the next generation. This year alone, through nearly 500 Community Grants nationwide, the Foundation has raised over $28 million for communities and student scholarships.
The school district stated “We are so grateful to Steve Rosa, the Taco Bell Foundation, STR Partners, local Taco Bell team members, and our community for believing in our kids and helping meet their needs through Care to Learn”.
