Thayer Man Arrested on 1st Degree Property Damage Charge

Thayer, MO. – A man from Thayer is facing a felony charge of property damage after breaking a latch of a vehicle and keying it at the end of March.

According to the probable cause affidavit on the case, a victim reported the damage on their vehicle to law enforcement, and reviewed footage from the time that showed evidence of the perpetrator.

On March 31st, Jeremy Clements, born 1987, was caught on security footage coming into contact with the vehicle on the same night the damage took place in multiple instances.

A warrant was issued for Clements on April 27th on a formal felony charge of 1st Degree Property Damage.
