West Plains, Mo. – A three-vehicle crash near Peace Valley yesterday has sent two of the drivers to the hospital. According to the Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred on Highway N, west of Peace Valley in Howell County at 12:40 p.m.
A westbound 2016 Jeep Compass driven by Donna Shannon, 55 of Peace Valley, crossed the centerline and struck two oncoming vehicles and causing them to run off the roadway: a 2004 Chevy Silverado driven by Katelyn Wolford, 28 of Pomona, and a 2013 Ford F150 driven by Gary Klocke, 72 of Pomona.
Shannon and Klocke suffered moderate injuries in the crash and were taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment. Wolford did not report any injuries. All three drivers had been wearing their safety devices.
