An accident happened four miles South of West Plains when a West bound 2006 Buick Rendezvous driven by a 68-year-old West Plains man pulled onto Highway 63 and was struck by a 2013 Subaru Crosstek driven by a 67-year-old Mammoth Spring woman.
The West Plains man was flown to Mercy in Springfield with serious injuries, the Mammoth Spring woman suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare.
