HOUSTON, Mo. — Two people were injured Monday afternoon after the vehicle they were in ran off-road, hit an embankment and overturned.
The accident happened east of Houston on Highway B around 5:45 pm Monday. The driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Chyenne Scheets of Yukon, and a 2-year-old child both suffered minor injuries.

Both were taken to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.
