The Mountain Home Police Department made two arrests early Tuesday morning and both individuals are facing drug possession charges.
38-year-old Dale Anthony Malcevicz is facing charges of Possession of a Schedule I, II Controlled Substance (Meth or Cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Non Payment of Fines. His Bond is set at $5910.00 and he is scheduled to appear in court March 24th.
42-year-old Robin Smith of Mountain Home is facing charges of Possession of a Schedule I, II Controlled Substance, Possession of a Schedule IV, V Controlled substance and multiple Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Charges. Her bond is set at $5,000.00 and she is scheduled to appear in court February 23rd.
They were both booked into the Baxter County Detention Center.
