Ava, MO. – A two-vehicle crash on Wednesday injured both drivers near Vanzant. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the wreck occurred at 9:20 a.m. at the intersection of Missouri 76 and Highway EE in Douglas County.
A southbound 2008 Ford F150 driven by Noah Lowe, age 23 of Nixa, failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection, driving into the path of a westbound 2018 Jeep Wrangler driven by Miriah Shelley, age 25 of Cabool. Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken by private vehicle to receive medical treatment.

The Ford was totaled and the Jeep sustained extensive damage.
