West Plains City Hall, Trash Routes closed Feb. 21 for Presidents’ Day

West Plains City Hall and other city buildings will be closed Monday, February 21, in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday.

Trash that is normally collected on Mondays will be picked up Tuesday, February 22, with no other routes affected.
