West Plains, MO. – The group West Plains Downtown has announced their winner for this past month, who walked away with a gift basket full of items related to businesses in the downtown West Plains area.
This winner for this month was local Susy Ryan, who accepted the gift basket at Muscle Mart on 40 Court Square, West Plains.
