A West Plains man was arrested by The Baxter County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday. Corey Evvan Cauthen, 38 is charged with non-support and two counts of rape/intercourse with a victim under the age of 14.
He was taken to the Baxter County Jail with his bond set at $251,500.
