The West Plains Optimist Club is hosting its 43rd annual arts and crafts show at the West Plains Civic Center on December 6th and 7th.

Saturday will run from 8:30-5 and Sunday from 10-3. Discover unique handcrafted gifts, support local artisans, and find the perfect presents for everyone on your holiday list.
