The West Plains R-VII Athletic and Activities Department is set to launch FinalForms, a new online platform designed to simplify the process of completing and managing participation forms for school athletics and activities. The platform will go live on May 2.
FinalForms allows parents and guardians to digitally complete and sign forms, saving time by carrying over information from season to season and year to year. The system also streamlines the process for families with multiple students by pre-populating shared information.
All parents and guardians of students planning to participate in athletics or activities are required to create an account and register their student(s) through the FinalForms platform.
District officials say the transition to FinalForms marks a significant step toward improving efficiency and reducing paperwork for students, families, and staff.
