WEST PLAINS, Mo. — West Plains City Clerk Mallory Snodgras says despite the holiday this week, residents are encouraged to collect leaves and drop them off at the city compost site on Goodhard Dr.:
City hall and other city offices will be closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. Normal hours will resume on Monday, December 2.
