West Plains, MO – A West Plains teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident early Wednesday morning. The accident occurred 6 miles south of Dora on Highway KK at 1 a.m. October 27, 2021.
An eastbound 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by a 16-year-old juvenile female from West Plains traveled off the left side of Highway KK before returning to the road and off the right side, striking a sign and trees.

The teen suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. She had been wearing a safety device.
This accident was investigated by Trooper N. Vines of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G.
