A West Plains woman was seriously injured in a one-vehicle accident Sunday evening near Pottersville.
41-year-old Amanda Sympson traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a utility pole, overturned and struck a fence. Sympson was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported to a Springfield hospital by air ambulance.

The accident happened at 7:45 p.m. Sunday, on Mo. KK, five miles west of Pottersville.
