The Willow Springs Arts Council invites the public to experience the creativity and talent of
local photographers during the Willow Springs Arts Council Photography Show, taking place
April 11 and April 12 in downtown Willow Springs.
The photography show will debut on Saturday, April 11 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the Bear-ly Spring Festival, giving festival visitors a chance to step inside and enjoy a display of beautiful and unique photographic works. The exhibit will continue on Sunday, April 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The show will be held upstairs in the historic Ferguson Building, located at 127 E. Main
Street. Visitors should use the side entrance off Harris Street, easily identified by the green
door.
Featured photographers in this year’s show include Reda Foster, Shawana Cox, Gail Rowley,
Dennis Crider, and Bob Cunningham, whose work highlights a variety of photographic styles
and subjects ranging from landscapes and wildlife to artistic compositions.
A special reception for the photographers will be held on Saturday, April 11, with light
refreshments served from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guests attending the Bear-ly Spring
Festival are encouraged to stop in, view the exhibit, meet the photographers, and celebrate
the arts in the community.
The Willow Springs Arts Council hopes the exhibit will inspire visitors and highlight the
incredible creative talent found in the region. Admission is free and open to the public.
