Woman Arrested After Allegedly Threatening Tenant with Loaded Handgun

On November 12, 2025, Texas County deputies arrested Sheila Vice after she allegedly entered a Buckner Road residence and threatened a female tenant with a handgun. The victim reported that Vice burst through the back door, pointed a small black handgun at her, and repeatedly threatened to shoot her if she didn’t leave. Vice allegedly followed the woman outside, continuing to aim the weapon and threatening to shoot her and her vehicle.

The victim and her boyfriend, both tenants of Vice, stated they had ongoing disputes with her over maintenance issues. Vice initially claimed she entered the home with an electric drill and denied having a firearm. She refused consent to search her residence and requested an attorney after being read her Miranda rights.
