4668. Bill 4668 to become Ordinance 4668. First Reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Sewerage System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2020, of the City of West Plains, Missouri; prescribing the form and de tails of said bonds and the covenants and agreements to provide for the payment and security thereof; and authorizing certain actions and documents and prescribing other matters relating thereto.

4669. Bill 4669 to become Ordinance 4669. First Reading. An Ordinance to authorize the Mayor to execute a contract between the City of West Plains, Missouri, and the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission providing for financial assistance for an amendment to the State Block Grant Agreement for Project No. 17-104C-1.

1. Bill 1119 to become Resolution 1119. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, stating intent to seek funding through the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) and authorizing the Mayor to pursue activities in an attempt to secure funding.
