Transcription: “Things are slowly but surely picking up over the last year. Actually, a lot faster than what I anticipated they were going to do. Harbor Freight and Burke’s Family Outlet are both moving along – both internally and externally. You have probably noticed the new facade is going up to make that all look like one big cohesive center. So, those are going very well. I think everyone knows Penny’s will be out probably the end of April, early May. We are in discussion with other clothing firms to go in there. Those conversations have been very positive. So, we’ll hopefully move forward with that. They’ll start building the road behind Harbor Freight within the next few weeks. Once that road is completed, they will take down the Sears building for an anticipated road to go up to the upper level for other retail lots to be available.
