THEODOSIA, Mo. — Authorities reported in April that a warrant service conducted March 13 in Theodosia resulted in the arrest of a man on a felony warrant, according to the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputy Lane and Deputy Ryan served the warrant at a residence in Theodosia, where Robert Kelley was located and taken into custody without incident.

Kelley was arrested on an active felony warrant and transported to the Ozark County Jail.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
