Fulton County Sheriff’s Inmate Roster Weekly Report

Salem, Ark. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Department provided an inmate roster update on recent arrests and releases from the county jail, highlighting several individuals taken into custody over the past few weeks.

Recent Releases

 

Stuart Vanwagner, 58, of Salem, was arrested on August 2, 2025, for speeding (15-20 mph over the limit) and driving while intoxicated (DWI). He was released the following day on August 3.

 

Recent Arrests

 

William Jolley, 49, of Salem, was taken into custody on August 3, 2025. Charges have not yet been specified.

 

Logan Dobbs, 24, of Mountain Home, was arrested on July 21 for Failure to Appear.

 

Charles Eugene Blosl, 57, of Salem, was arrested on July 21 on charges of Criminal Contempt. He is scheduled to appear in Fulton County Circuit Court on December 15, 2025.

 

Mary-Lauren Elizabeth Niermann, 37, of Myrtle, MO, was arrested on July 12 on multiple charges, including Second-Degree False Imprisonment, Indecent Exposure, Third-Degree Domestic Battery, Public Intoxication, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (2nd Degree), Criminal Trespass, Drinking in Public, and Disorderly Conduct.

 

The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reminds residents that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The department continues its commitment to public safety and encourages anyone with information on local crimes to report to law enforcement.
