IZARD COUNTY, Ark. — The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report for the week ending December 1, 2025. According to Sheriff Charley Melton, several individuals were taken into custody on varied charges. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Caitlin Haynes, 29, of Calico Rock, was arrested November 25 for disorderly conduct and probation violations.
Dustin Foster, 29, of Ash Flat, was arrested November 26 on a warrant out of Harrison for failure to appear.
Jennifer Pollard, 51, of Sidney, was arrested November 26 and is being held pending formal charges related to manufacturing a controlled substance and maintaining drug premises.
Bobby Napier, 36, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested November 27 for driving on a suspended driver’s license and possession of a prohibited weapon.
Steve Lyles, 52, of Paragould, was arrested November 27 on a petition from the Izard County Circuit Court to revoke probation.
Nathan Bridges, 27, of Sage, was arrested November 30 for battery in the third degree.
